Free Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the order may be returned to us.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Storix offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in your area.
